Agreement to Terms

By engaging Cleanup Ops for services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before starting a project with us.

Services

We provide internal tools implementation and operations consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before each project begins.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing is fixed and agreed upon before project start
  • Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
  • We accept bank transfer and major credit cards

Project Scope

Projects are scoped at the outset. Changes to scope may require adjustment to timeline and pricing. We'll always discuss any scope changes with you before proceeding.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to tools and systems
  • Respond to questions and feedback requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about your current setup
  • Designate a point of contact for the project

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services. We can sign additional NDAs upon request.

Refund Policy

We guarantee to deliver what we scope. If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables, we will refund your payment. Refunds are not available for scope changes, change of mind, or circumstances outside our control.

Ethics Policy

We maintain a 0-haram policy. We do not work with businesses involved in gambling, alcohol, tobacco, adult content, predatory lending, or similar industries. We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
